Outside the Greenbelt the first question is what the house runs on. Where Enbridge gas runs we rent and sell gas tanks; where it doesn’t, propane and electric — same free installation, same service. And nearly everyone is on a well, which changes how long a tank lasts.
Embrun, Russell, Vars, Navan and Limoges have natural gas on most streets: power-vent rentals and replacements, and builder-rental switches in the new subdivisions.
Carp, Dunrobin, Constance Bay, Woodlawn, Kinburn, Fitzroy Harbour, Vernon, Kenmore and Edwards are largely propane and electric. We rent and sell both, and we’ll tell you if gas is planned for your road.

It changes how we set it up: a yearly flush, an anode check, sometimes a softener. Well water is the number one reason rural tanks die early, and it's manageable.
No. We are Ontario only and do not take jobs in Gatineau or anywhere in Quebec.
