Barrhaven is ten minutes down Woodroffe from our shop, which makes it our fastest suburb. Big families, big tubs and lots of builder rental contracts keep us busy here.
Longfields and Stonebridge houses tend to have four or five people and a soaker tub. A lot of Barrhaven calls are 40-gallon tanks that can’t keep up — we size up to a 50 or 60, or go tankless.
Newer streets came with a rental tank on a contract the homeowner never picked. We handle the switch and keep the paperwork.
