Orleans is two markets: 1970s and 80s streets in Chapel Hill and Convent Glen with chimney-vent tanks, and Avalon and Trailwest subdivisions with power-vent builder rentals.
Convent Glen, Queenswood Heights and Chapel Hill have a lot of original chimneys with a conventional tank underneath. We replace with power vent so the chimney can be closed off, or like-for-like if the chimney is lined and sound.
Avalon and Trailwest came with rental tanks on national-company contracts. We handle the buyout or return and swap them.
A mix of gas, propane and electric out toward the river — we rent and sell all three.
About 25 to 30 minutes from Capital Drive. We group east-end calls; once your service call is booked through Vista, we arrange the visit; depending on call volume and where your property is, it's scheduled accordingly and we tell you when to expect us.
If the chimney is lined and in good shape, yes — we can replace like-for-like. If not, power vent is the safer, more efficient move and we do the venting.
