South of the city the questions change: is there gas on the road, is the house on a well, and what did the water do to the last tank. We rent and sell gas, propane and electric heaters and we’ve seen what well water does to all of them.
Manotick village, Greely and Osgoode have natural gas; Kars, North Gower and the concession roads are mostly propane or electric. We carry all three.
Hard, iron-heavy well water shortens a tank’s life and fills it with sediment. We’ll tell you whether a flush, a new anode or a softener makes sense before you buy the next one.

Yes — about 15 to 20 minutes from our Nepean shop. Village and concession calls are grouped; once your service call is booked through Vista, we arrange the visit; depending on call volume and where your property is, it's scheduled accordingly and we tell you when to expect us.
Yes. Propane tanks rent or sell the same way as natural gas, with the same free installation.
Have us flush the tank yearly and check the anode rod, or add a softener. We'll look at the last tank and tell you what actually went wrong.
